We facilitate interdisciplinary meetings to communicate the goals and identify performance gaps. We develop and present an assessment report which describes sustainability opportunities and goals, performance gaps and a preliminary strategy designed to help realize the environmental, social and financial benefits of a corporate sustainability program. Approval of the assessment report serves as a client "call to action".
